Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Austin Boats & Motors. We inspect each item before packaging and shipment to ensure customer satisfaction. All surf boards require a thorough inspection and your signature upon arrival. Please look over the board carefully before signing for delivery. Once signed for any damages will be your responsibility. After package is accepted you must report any shipping damages found within three days upon arrival and file a claim with UPS or USPS. Our staff will take pictures of your board before, during and after packing it for shipment.

We offer returns within 14 days of the order date if the product is in the same condition as shipped to you, undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping charges will be at the customer’s expense and ABM will only refund the price of the product being returned. All electronic sales are final. Money will be refunded in the original payment method used for your purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement.

After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact us via email at parts@austinboats.com.
